Bronze support is for people who are on a budget. It includes a limited number of questions during normal business hours. It does not include 24/7 access to the support center. It does not include "critical incident" support.
When you have questions, we are here to help. Our support center can answer questions related to RADIUS systems.
Simply send an email to our support alias, or open a ticket via the web ticketing system. The web system also allows you to track the status of your tickets.
Bronze support is limited to 10 tickets per server per year.
