Comparison of Support Offerings
You can buy FreeRADIUS support elsewhere. However, we are the only organization offering FreeRADIUS support has "commit access" to the FreeRADIUS project. No one else can solve a problem by fixing it at the source.
Even worse, most organizations offering FreeRADIUS support ask for help on the "free" public mailing list, in the hope that someone will answer their questions. This means that their support offering is dependent on people who might answer their questions for free!
In contrast, a support contract with Network RADIUS means that you have direct access to the people who can solve any RADIUS problem. It means that the people who answer your questions not only understand the problem, but also have the ability to fix it.
