Our site licence is a support option available for customers with ten or more RADIUS servers. We offer a flexible price based on your needs, instead of a fixed per-server cost.
The support includes:
- A large number of servers (10+)
- 24/7 telephone support for critical incidents
- All support is done via our email ticketing system
- A dedicated support engineer will be assigned to each ticket and will be your single point of contact throughout the support process to resolution
- Support is available in English and French
- You may check on the status of a support request at any time via our web based tracking system
