Include Statements

As with the main radiusd.conf file, dictionaries can reference each other using the $INCLUDE entry:

If the filename starts with a /, then it is treated as an absolute path.

If the filename does not start with a /, then it is treated as a relative path. The new file is read relative to the location of the current file which contains the $INCLUDE statement
